House rules

  • Please treat the house and garden with care and respect :-)

  • Maintain respectful behaviour at all times, especially towards the neighbours.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and on the terrace.

  • Do not place objects on the windows that could block the electric shutters, as they may be damaged if they hit something while closing.

  • Do not rearrange the furniture or move it outside. Also, please avoid leaving objects outdoors at night, as the automatic irrigation system may get them wet.

  • Use the tablecloth on the dining table and the coasters on the wooden “tree trunk” table in front of the TV.

  • Please do not leave the cushions and pillows from the garden furniture under rain.

  • Barbecues are allowed, always outdoors and on the grass. Please use the fireproof mat to prevent damaging or dirtying the lawn. Always take maximum precautions to avoid any risk of fire.

  • Never throw ashes or embers into the rubbish bins or community containers unless they are completely extinguished. Keep in mind that embers can take many hours or even days to go out. We recommend soaking them thoroughly before disposing of them.

  • Please report any incident affecting the house, the furniture, the garden, or the communal areas of the residential complex as soon as possible.

How to get here

The easiest way to reach the residential area is by taking the road that passes through Fiscal. After you pass the Broto sign, and before entering the village, you will find the entrance to the Nuevo Broto residential area on your left-hand side.

Please note that GPS devices may sometimes suggest an incorrect route, so it is advisable to follow these directions.

  • We will get in touch with you to coordinate the key handover.

On the day of departure, please:

  • Make sure to close doors and windows.

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Take out the trash.

  • Leave the dishwasher empty.

  • Do not turn off the refrigerator.

Guest registration

We are legally required to register all adults staying in the house. For this purpose, we need you to provide the following information no later than the first day of your stay

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Type of ID document (spanish DNI, passport, or foreign document)

  • ID document number

  • Support number (DNI only)

  • Sex

  • Date of birth

  • Nationality

  • Full home address (street, number, postal code, city and province/region)

  • Contact phone number or email address

Parking

You may park in the uncovered parking space inside the property. It is also possible to park on the same street.

As a courtesy to the neighbours:

  • No more than one car should be parked on the sidewalk outside the property.

  • That car must be parked on the same side of the street as the house.

  • It is important not to block the street and to always leave enough space for other vehicles to pass without difficulty.

If you need more parking space, you will easily find available spots on the perpendicular street located a little further up.

More information about the house

  • Under the kitchen window, outside, you will find:

  • The bunk bed room is only for two people. The trundle bed cannot be used due to lack of space in the room, which is why sheets are not provided for it.
